In the Director of Digital Health role, you will drive innovation, adapting quickly to the rapidly changing landscape of digital health and provider interoperability. With a strong background in both technical and healthcare-specific domains, the Director will be dedicated to facilitating healthcare technology tools, data management, and digital health advancements for federally certified providers. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, required.

A Master's or Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.

Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in technical roles, such as solutions architecture or software engineering, with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams, customers, and leadership, with a minimum of three (3) years working in the healthcare sector, particularly in digital health, telehealth, or health informatics, preferred.

Experience in electronic health records (EHR) and health information technology (HIT) solutions, required.

Experience in leveraging data analytics to drive decision making and improvement clinical outcomes, required.

Experience with clinical documentation improvement programs, required.

Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified Health Informatician (CHI), or other relevant health IT certifications, preferred.
This position is office based at our Albany, NY or Jericho, NY office.
The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The annualized salary range for this position is $120,000.00 – $130,000.00. Actual salary range and /or hourly rate depends on a variety of factors including experience, education, credentials, location, and budget.
The salary range and/or hourly rate listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
