Position Summary:
Life Enrichment Director
Utilize your creativity and upbeat personality to enrich the lives of others. In this role, you will plan and oversee the life enrichment program, creating moments of joy and making a difference in our residents' quality of life. You’ll help build lasting memories and a sense of purpose, ensuring our seniors have fulfilling, engaging experiences every day.
Work Experience Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No prior experience? No problem! We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate.
- Supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.
- Previous Activity Aide experience is a plus.
- Must be willing to drive community bus
- Rotating Weekends
- Must be comfortable driving the community bus
Educational Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
