Job Description
Philly Pretzel Factory Camp Hill is looking for a dependable, hardworking PM Pretzel Baker to join our fast-paced team. This position is responsible for baking fresh pretzels and pretzel products throughout the day, maintaining product levels, assisting customers, and helping keep the store clean, organized, and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-volume environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Bake pretzels and pretzel products for walk-in, bulk, and wholesale orders
- Maintain proper product levels throughout the shift
- Assist customers with a positive and friendly attitude
- Complete daily cleaning and operational task lists
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Help train and support team members as needed
- Assist with closing procedures and preparing the store for the next day
- Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Leadership experience is a plus
- You are able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Great attendance history
- Competitive nature that loves to WIN!
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
