Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Control inventory levels, monitor food safety standards, and manage food production to minimize waste and ensure quality
- Lead shift management activities, including supervising food handling, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to promote professional growth
- Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability
Skills
- Extensive experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety management
- Proven leadership skills in managing hospitality teams with a focus on team management and staff training
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Strong understanding of inventory control, budgeting, and food industry best practices
- Ability to supervise kitchen operations, manage food handling procedures, and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Experience in managing hospitality or restaurant management roles with a focus on shift management and team leadership
