Eligibility CriteriaEducation
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the following fields:
- Microbiology
- Molecular Biology
- Biotechnology
- Botany
- Biology
- Agriculture
- Plant Science or related disciplines
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in the following areas will have an added advantage:
- Research
- Associate Scientist
- Lab or Laboratory
- Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Company
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of plant biology, microbiology, or molecular techniques
- Understanding of greenhouse and agricultural practices
- Strong observation and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain accurate research documentation
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and research procedures
- MS Office and basic data handling skills
