Duties
- Manage inventory levels through accurate stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing backroom storage
- Operate RF scanners and pallet jacks to efficiently load, unload, and transport products within the store or warehouse
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and packaging areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring proper signage is in place
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, locating items, and offering friendly support
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to move merchandise safely and efficiently throughout the store
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or retail experience preferred but not required; training provided for all new team members
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and effectively
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and stock management
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Capable of performing physical tasks including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and repetitive movements
- Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail math is advantageous but not mandatory
- A proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments
