A large heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile data center infrastructure project in Clarksville, AR. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent potential for future leadership within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of project execution from start to finish
- Oversee field operations, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Manage subcontractors and ensure project milestones are met
- Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Drive overall project performance and successful completion
Qualifications:
- 8–15+ years of heavy civil project management experience
- Proven success managing large civil infrastructure projects
- Experience with underground utilities, duct banks, earthwork, grading, or similar heavy civil scopes
- Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationship management skills
- Data center construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to relocate or live in Clarksville, AR for the duration of the project
