Responsibilities
- Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser therapy, body waxing, and hair threading to meet individual client needs.
- Apply eyelash extensions and assist clients with hair styling or hair extension services to enhance their overall look.
- Offer expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations after each service to ensure client safety.
- Upsell additional treatments like esthetic laser sessions or specialized skin therapies while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the client experience.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license with certification in esthetics from an accredited program.
- Proven experience in providing skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, laser therapy, body waxing, and eyelash extensions.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices to uphold health standards at all times.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and promote retail products confidently.
