What You’ll Do:
- Work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and mobility exercises in patients’ homes
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe exercises, functional strategies, and progress
- Track and report patient outcomes, collaborating with the care team to optimize results
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Florida PTA license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and the ability to manage a local travel caseload
