Territory Manager – Salvage Auto Auction
Penn Salvage Auction is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, relationship‑focused Territory Manager to grow our footprint and bring in fresh inventory from dealers, fleets, finance companies, and remarketing partners. This is a high‑impact outside sales role where you’ll own your territory, build authentic customer relationships, and directly influence the growth of a fast‑moving, public salvage auction.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, cold call, and develop new business with dealers, wholesalers, fleets, rental companies, and remarketing partner
- Sell our full suite of salvage and remarketing solutions
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through consistent communication and relationship‑building
- This role blends frequent in‑territory travel with dedicated work‑from‑home time, allowing you to meet customers face‑to‑face while managing your pipeline, and follow‑ups from your home office.
What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Automotive, salvage, equipment, or related industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Competitive, self‑driven, and customer‑focused
- Comfortable working from a home office and on the road
