Warehouse & Showroom Associate
$20/hour Part-Time or Full-Time Tuesday–Saturday

Hardwood Bargains is looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse & Showroom Associate to help keep our operation running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear a lot of hats—from receiving inventory and making local deliveries to building displays and helping keep our showroom looking its best.
We’re flexible on hours based on the right fit, with schedules ranging from 25–40 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday. For the right person, this role can grow into a full-time position—and potentially even a future sales career.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, organize, and stage flooring materials in the warehouse
- Drive our company truck to complete local deliveries to customers, contractors, and job sites
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and looking its best
- Build flooring sample boards and showroom displays using basic carpentry and woodworking skills
- Support the sales team with order fulfillment, material handling, and day-to-day operations
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, hard-working, and takes pride in doing things the right way
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Warehouse, delivery, construction, or general labor experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person
- Basic carpentry or woodworking experience is a bonus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
