Elite Care, Home Care Services in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join our outstanding team. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, empathetic, attentive, motivated, and engaged. Preferred availability able to work day, evening, weekend and night shifts.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients in day-to-day activities in their homes or designated Elite Care location for services, including, but not limited to, assisting with personal care needs, light housekeeping, and companion care.
- Ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
- Communicate with Team members and Managers regarding the daily care of the client.
- Prepare and assist with meals according to dietary needs if needed.
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
- Must be able to transfer safely.
Qualifications
- Experience of at least one year working as a personal care aide, CNA or in a similar field.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs.
- High attention to detail.
- Certifications that may apply.
- Must have valid drivers license
