Would like the person to be bilingual. Monday and Tuesday, Thursday will past 5 pm on those days.
Wednesday and Friday are half days, but you may have work until 2pm if needed.
Duties
- Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, verifying insurance information, and updating electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration to support accurate diagnoses.
- Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort.
- Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to infection control protocols during clinical procedures.
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, offering reassurance, and ensuring a positive experience.

Experience
- Prior experience working in outpatient clinics is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems and familiarity with medical terminology is essential for success.
- Experience working in specialized environments such as ophthalmology.
- Demonstrated ability to perform clinical tasks like OCT machine.
