We have AM, Afternoon & PM shifts available

Must have reliable transportation (We are located in Laguna Hills)
If you are applying for the driver position we require a copy of your DMV print out & drivers license when you come in so please make sure you have that.

Duties
- Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow trucks, to recover and transport vehicles of all sizes.
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or other lifting devices when necessary.
- Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to determine the best recovery approach or identify potential repairs needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, dispatchers, and team members during vehicle recovery processes.
- Manage conflict situations professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and vehicle details for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
- Perform routine inspections of tow trucks and related equipment to ensure operational safety and readiness.
Requirements
- Experience in towing is required
- Ability to load, secure, and unload vehicles safely using appropriate tools and equipment like forklifts when needed.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
- No drugs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
