ProTEQ Solutions is a Tier 1 Manufacturer’s Representative company, selling Test & Measurement Equipment into all Market Segments. Due to high sales demand, we are looking to add to our experienced sales team a candidate who is looking to grow with top incentives including uncapped commission. The existing territory is well established with good database contacts and on-going business and opportunities.
The Ideal candidate can demonstrate territory knowledge, existing customer relationships and the ability to communicate well internally and externally. They would also have:
· Sales experience
· Technical background (Electronics/ RF preferred)
· Good multitasking skills
· Self-motivated and competitive spirit
· Desire to grow the territory and to make money.
· Strong ability to manage schedule and logistics.

Job Functions:
- Review, investigate, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities for ProTEQ Solutions and our principals through appropriate proposition and ethical sales methods. Develop strategies, tactics, sales plans, and target customers.
- Call on and meet customers in aerospace, defense, space, commercial and other relevant industries to promote products of the manufacturers that we represent.
- Follow up on leads supplied via principal’s marketing efforts and report back potential opportunities in a timely manner
- Increase sales in the territory.
- Develop and implement strategies and actions to close sales funnel opportunities; not limited to but should include product shows, hands-on demonstrations of test equipment, and joint visits with principals.
- Work closely with the principals to ensure they are kept up to date with all relevant details on opportunities and activity in addition to providing feedback, critical business updates, and future roadmap needs.
- Use Microsoft Dynamics for opportunity management and monthly sales forecasting for manufacturers. Updating the forecast/opportunity list each month so that the principals are supplied with the most accurate information.
- Maintain a high degree of technical competence in product lines and their applications. Training for all product lines will be supplied either locally or via Factory visits.
- Develop strong working relationships with all levels in the customer's organization (engineering, decision makers, managers, etc.)
- Expectations are that the candidate will be out on the road 3-4 days a week meeting face to face with new and existing customers.
- Some out of territory/overnight travel will be required to attend national and local trade shows supporting ProTEQ Solutions principles.
- Manage Sales Territory exclusive to Central MA/Boston area. Opportunity for design credit for business identified but ships outside the territory.
- Identify industry trends through research as well as related events, publications, and LinkedIn announcements tracking individual customers. Similarly, develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of competition and competitive products.
- Submit timely and accurate expense reports for reimbursement.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
