E-Bike Salesperson / Sales & Service Associate

At our store, selling e-bikes isn’t just retail—it’s about helping people discover a new way to ride, commute, and have fun. Our team believes in the power of the “business of fun” and takes pride in helping customers find the perfect ride while providing ongoing support long after the sale.
Position Overview
The E-Bike Salesperson plays a key role in creating a welcoming and informative environment for customers. This position combines sales, customer service, and light mechanical work, ensuring customers have an outstanding experience whether they are purchasing a bike, renting one, or bringing their bike in for service.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist customers with selecting the right e-bike based on their riding style and needs
- Provide excellent customer service during bike sales, rentals, and service interactions
- Send follow-up emails and pick up the phone
- Lead / Join on E-Bike rides/ tours
- Able to use Excel
- Educate customers on e-bike operation, safety, and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom and service area
- Support store operations and assist team members as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bicycle mechanics or retail sales is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to use Windows and be familiar with Google Chrome
- Strong enthusiasm for working with customers ranging from brand-new riders to experienced cyclists
- Ability to clearly communicate product features and benefits
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical curiosity
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and service techniques in the rapidly evolving e-bike industry
- Availability to work weekends
