Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our mental health and behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care through clinical counseling, assessments, and therapy services across diverse populations, including children, adults, and seniors. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including diagnostic and evaluations.
- Provide individual, group, and Individual therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis.
- Implement specialized treatment plans for populations with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, Alzheimer’s disease, geriatrics, and other mental health conditions.
- Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to ensure patient safety and stabilization.
- Document clinical encounters accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, discharge planning, and community care coordination.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives related to behavioral health, addiction counseling, or medical records review as needed.
- Maintain compliance with CPT coding protocols and ICD coding for billing purposes.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding mental health conditions, medication management (including psychopharmacology).
- Stay current with best practices in social work, mental health counseling, and behavioral health treatments through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Proven experience in psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and case management.
- Strong background working with children & family counseling, special education populations, individuals with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Experience with home & community care settings preferred; hospital experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of behavioral health treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, addiction counseling, Alzheimer’s care, Geriatrics, working with people with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Ability to conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for patient care coordination and social work responsibilities.

- CPR and first Aid training required.
- Most recent TB test requiered.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 8.0 per week
