Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled MD/DO Provider to join our multidisciplinary health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver the necessary treatment including injections. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes across diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and specialized groups such as those with developmental disabilities or memory care needs. Duties
- Conduct thorough medical assessments, physical examinations, and patient evaluations to establish accurate diagnoses.
- Manage inpatient and outpatient care, including acute and chronic conditions, ensuring optimal treatment plans.
- Perform specialized procedures such as non narcotic prescribing, injections and regenerative healing options
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic for documentation, order entry, and patient tracking to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex cases involving medical imaging, radiology, orthopedics, neurology, and other specialties.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives and quality improvement projects to advance evidence-based practices.
- Provide patient education on health coaching, medication administration, disease management, and preventive care strategies.
Experience
- Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution with active licensure.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology principles for medication management in musculoskeletal conditions that deal with Ohio workers compensation and personal injury patients.
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for efficient documentation and workflow management.
- Hands-on experience performing diagnostic evaluations including CT scans, nuclear medicine procedures, and diagnostic radiology techniques.
