Job Description
Mountain View Landscape is hiring dependable crew members to join our team.
This is hands-on outdoor work that includes landscaping, hardscaping, property maintenance, and moderate construction tasks. If you prefer the outdoors and take pride in completing physical work, this is a great opportunity.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Two years or more of driving experience (pick-up with trailer)
- Willingness to undergo a standard background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide two professional references for contact
What You’ll Do
- Moderate construction (retaining walls, drainage, irrigation, material handling)
- Loading and unloading equipment, materials, and machinery
- Hardscaping (patios, fire pits, outdoor gathering and recreation areas)
- Working as part of a small, efficient crew
- Mulching, planting, borders and boundaries, landscape installs, and clean ups
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in outdoor and physical work
- Desire to grow skills and learn
- Shows up on time and works consistently
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Pay & Schedule
- $16-$18 per hour (based on experience)
- Bonus system based on company revenue and job performance
- Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
- As jobsites and conditions vary there are early and late days
- No Sundays
