This great company is currently seeking a Collection Specialist!!
Principle Responsibilities and Duties Outbound phone calls for the purpose of establishing repayment.
- Skiptracing for the purpose of locating consumers and assets.
- Document all calls and keep accurate records of account activity.
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a great customer experience.
- Skills Required:
- Collections and/or telemarketing experience.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to negotiate/collect while remaining compliant.
- Ability to work in a financially regulatory environment
- Self motivated and professional at all times.
