As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our organization selling vehicles and services to families and individuals nationwide with access to 1000's of pieces of inventory and opportunities. You will be responsible for an incredible customer service working for the needs of the individual.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet and exceed sales goals each month.
- Respond immediately to customer concerns or questions.
- Provide a good quality product presentation including product knowledge, price comparisons, and product presentation skills.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales performance goals and expectations (P&L).
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers.
- Follow proper procedures for customer interactions (customer questions / concerns / purchases / etc.)
- Complete other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required.
- Sales experience in the sales department preferred (preferred but not required).
- Experience in in-person sales and/or phone sales. (preferred but not required).
- Bonus to Bilingual Sales Representatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
