At Elite Distributors, we pride ourselves in taking good care of all of our customers Tobacco needs. With our tremendous growth, we are now in need of additional Sales Representatives.
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers and driving sales growth in a specific geographic territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual to excel in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through outside sales and business development efforts.
- Utilize technology sales strategies to effectively promote our products and services to customers and prospects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage sales pipelines, track progress, and analyze sales data.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales volume and market share.
Requirements
-Must have a valid NV Driver's License and a Personal Vehicle
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or technical sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar sales automation tools.
- Knowledge of the market and a passion for staying current on industry trends.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelors Degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
