Qualifications:
- Education requirements: High School Education or Equivalent preferred
- Previous Experience: Private duty or senior housing experience preferred
- Must be able to read and write effectively
- Must be able to pass background check and screening process
Two separate 16-unit facilities (1 Assisted Living and 1 Specialty Care) on the same campus located in Valley, Alabama is seeking a caregiver for a Full-Time position. Candidates must be customer service oriented with an upbeat personality and a desire to serve others. Must be able to work as a team member as well as be self motivated to provide excellent daily care to the residents we serve and be able to communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff member as indicated. Job duties include the following:
- Provide basic personal care which includes bath and hygiene care, assistance with dressing, meal assistance, medication assistance, and assistance with transfers and ambulation.
- Assist with household duties that include laundry, ironing, vacuuming, preparing dining room for meals, cleaning after meals, and serving meals to the residents.
