We are looking for individuals to support elderly and/or disabled consumer in their everyday lives. If you’re a compassionate, patient, reliable person, then this is a job for you.
Required Training: Once hired Center Stage will provide the following training:
Orientation, PBS, Medication Administration, CPR/First Aide, DMH Relias Training (150 hrs. must be completed each year, all employees have 1 year to complete. An incitive will be provided as classes are completed).
New employees are not required to have these training to be considered for employment. Center Stage will provide all training and training materials. It is the employees responsibility to complete training when scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clients receive their medication on time
- Support clients who can’t move on their own
- Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc.
- Assist clients with physical therapy exercises
- Cook meals according to the customer’s restrictions.
- Help customers with their shopping (Only If required by care plan)
- Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
- Provide emotional support.
- Inform physicians or supervisors about uncommon events.
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Transport to/from doctor's appointments (Valid Insurance & Valid driver's license required)
- Transport to/ from community activities (Valid Insurance & Valid driver's license required)
- Attend community activities and doctor appointment

- CPR certified ( Not required, will provide training)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Not required for all positions)
