Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our growing women’s healthcare team in South Barrington, Illinois.
Working alongside our experienced OB/GYN team, you will provide comprehensive primary care services exclusively for adult women in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive medicine, wellness, and building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult female patients.
Perform annual wellness exams and preventive health screenings.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
Promote preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyle choices.
Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and hyperlipidemia.
Coordinate patient care with our OB/GYN providers and specialty physicians when appropriate.
Maintain accurate documentation using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care.

Qualifications
Required
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active Illinois Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
DEA License.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
Preferred
Outpatient Family Practice experience.
Experience with EMR systems.
Passion for preventive medicine and women’s health.
