The Warehouse Operations Technician plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, works independently, and takes pride in staying organized. You'll be responsible for the safe handling, movement, storage, and staging of customer contents while helping maintain an efficient, clean, and well-organized warehouse. Essential Duties
- Capture and maintain clear, accurate photographic documentation in electronics claim file of all items in storage for tracking, verification, and reference purposes.
- Safely operate forklifts in accordance with company policy and safety standards.
- Ensure forklift batteries are properly charged, watered, and maintained.
- Promptly report any mechanical issues, safety concerns, or irregularities to management.
- Maintain overall warehouse organization, efficiency, and cleanliness to support safe and effective operations.
- Perform weekly blow-out and cleaning of warehouse breezeways to maintain cleanliness and airflow.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date vault map to support inventory tracking and warehouse navigation.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and vans to support pickups, deliveries, and internal transfers.
- Support item movement within the warehouse, including staging materials and contents for upcoming jobs.
- Ensure empty vaults are available, prepared, and ready for incoming crews and inventory.
- Pull, stage, and prepare deliveries across all service categories in accordance with schedules and job requirements.
- Receive incoming shipments against packing slips and report shortage, damage and errors to management and properly store materials in designated locations.
- Return cleaned jobs to proper storage locations.
- Verify all reporting and documentation related to clean jobs is accurate and complete.
- Assist with cleaning, basic maintenance, and upkeep of Fireline and Morantz equipment per company procedures.
- Properly place dirty jobs into designated dirty storage areas to maintain separation and workflow integrity.
- Provide general assistance to the production team as needed to support daily operations and deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years warehouse experience.
- 1 year forklift experience required.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Regularly performs tasks that require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching while handling, processing and staging of production materials.
- Frequently lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds and pushing and pulling objects up to 150 pounds with or without assistance.
- Occasionally operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe manner.
- Works in environments with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels.
- Occasionally ascend and descend ladders and stairs.
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
