Touchstone Title and Abstract is a boutique provider of real estate closing services. We have been in the business of title insurance and closings in the St. Louis area for 23 years. We provide exceptional customer service with a reputation for accuracy and a client-centric approach to closings. We are looking for closing processor to assist our closers with an eye to training the right candidate to eventually perform closings on their own.
Job Description:
The escrow processor is a full-time, on-site position at our office in the Chesterfield Valley. The responsibilities are to process files in preparation for a closing for our closers and third-party notaries/closers. Processing includes customer intake and communications, working with lenders and Realtors, obtaining payoffs, corporate documentation, estoppel letters and all other essential documents for a real estate closing.
Qualifications
- Experience with real estate transaction, real estate escrow processes and residential real estate closings.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing real estate closing paperwork.
- Active Missouri notary commission or eligible to obtain one.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with all parties to a real estate transaction.
- Organized, detail oriented and can multi-task.
- Familiarity with SoftPro is a plus, at a minimum familiarity with a title insurance, closing software system.
- High school or equivalent diploma.
Pay: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
