Required Skills for Warehouse Labor (General Labor):
- Previous General Labor experience
- Previous 1-year operating pallet jacks, lift trucks, forklift, and Hi-Lo equipment preferred
- Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance
- Experience with order picking and packing in a warehouse setting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- 1 year experience with shipping and receiving processes.
- Must have a valid Drivers License and your own transportation
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Labor (General Labor):
- Warehouse labor must operate forklifts, and lift trucks to move materials and products
- Eager to learn and advance with knowledge in the department
- Use Hi-Lo equipment to stack and organize products
- Wipe down equipment with a cleaning product
- Prepare containers for the paint department
- Climb in and out of container to prepare them for paint
- Must not have sensitivity to smells!
- Assist with heavy lifting 50lbs and manual labor tasks as needed
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties
- Note any damages to product when checking in the product
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and protocols
- Communicate in a clear manner
- Other duties as assigned
- Must wear steel toes boots
