Director of Sales – Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas–McKinney

We are looking for a driven, results‑oriented Director of Sales to take full ownership of revenue growth at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas–McKinney. This role is ideal for a go‑getter who thrives on building relationships, opening new doors, and turning opportunity into booked business.
This is a hands‑on, on‑property role (Monday–Friday) with flexibility required. If you enjoy being out in the market, networking aggressively, and directly impacting hotel performance, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Own
· Proactively hunt new business and grow market share through consistent outbound sales efforts
· Build, maintain, and expand long‑term corporate, group, and local account relationships
· Actively network in the McKinney and surrounding markets, representing the hotel at industry and community events
· Manage and grow key accounts while saturating opportunities using Marriott sales standards
· Develop and execute clear, accountable sales strategies to hit and exceed revenue goals
· Use CRM tools to track leads, activity, and performance with discipline and accuracy
· Partner closely with hotel operations to ensure flawless execution of group and contracted business
· Lead from the front and set the tone as a sales leader within the hotel
What You Bring
· Proven hotel sales experience required (Marriott experience strongly preferred)
· A hunter mentality with strong prospecting and closing skills
· Confidence building relationships and opening conversations at every level
· CRM experience and comfort managing a full sales pipeline
· Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and budgets
· Valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed for field sales activity)
Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive base salary range of $50,000–$60,000, based on experience and performance

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
