Position Overview:
Taylor & Martin is seeking a National Accounts Sales Representative. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key national clients in the commercial truck and trailer industry. The National Accounts Sales Representative will focus on expanding market share through strategic account management, building long-term partnerships, and driving consignments for the auction business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet operations, remarketing, and high-level sales strategy, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and deliver effective asset liquidation solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage national accounts in the commercial truck and trailer industry.

Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including fleet managers, lenders, and corporate decision-makers.

Promote auction services and solutions, emphasizing the value of our platform in fleet and equipment remarketing.

Execute strategic sales plans to increase consignment volume and expand our client base.

Negotiate contracts and consignment agreements with a focus on value-based selling.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support client needs and ensure successful auction execution.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline using CRM software.

Travel as needed to attend client meetings, industry events, and auctions.
Skills, Experience, And Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in national account management, remarketing, or sales in the commercial truck and trailer industry.

Familiarity with equipment lifecycle management, fleet operations, and asset-based lending.
