Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance services and routine inspections on a fleet of 150+ semi-trucks.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to keep equipment safe, reliable, and road-ready.
- Maintain and repair a multi-make fleet including Volvo, Freightliner, International, and Mack trucks.
- Identify maintenance issues during inspections and complete repairs efficiently to support fleet uptime.
Requirements
Required:
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and inspections on heavy-duty diesel trucks.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on semi-trucks.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience in a diesel shop or fleet maintenance environment.
- Experience working on a multi-make fleet, including Volvo, Freightliner, International, and Mack trucks.
- Ability to identify maintenance issues during inspections and complete repairs that support fleet uptime and safe operation.
Preferred:
- Experience maintaining Class 8 trucks in an in-house fleet environment.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety-focused equipment upkeep.
