Job Description: We are looking for a results-obsessed Head of Creator Growth to own, scale, and monetize an established personal brand in the lifestyle, fitness, and parenting space.
This brand centers around a high-performing Texas fitness mom, wife to a CEO, and mother of two young girls. This is not a creative director role. This is a direct growth and revenue-generating role—we want someone who thinks in monetizable content, audience conversion, and partnership deals, not just aesthetics.
What You'll Own:
- Content Production & Growth: Lead video editing, posting cadence, and optimization across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Affiliate Revenue Engine: Build, launch, and scale high-converting affiliate programs from the ground up targeting fitness, lifestyle, and family audiences.
- Brand Partnerships: Prospect, pitch, and close direct sponsorship deals with brands in fitness, wellness, parenting, and lifestyle verticals.
- Brand Strategy: Translate the day-to-day life of a CEO's wife and fitness mom into scalable, revenue-generating content engines.
You're the Right Fit If You:
- Have edited short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that went viral—and can explain the exact science behind why they worked.
- Master the art of capturing audience attention in the first 3 seconds.
- Possess a proven playbook for accelerating account follower growth in competitive lifestyle niches.
- Have direct experience building or managing profitable affiliate marketing funnels.
- Have successfully pitched and secured brand deals from scratch (not just managed fulfillment).
- Track analytics weekly and make data-backed content decisions.
- Operate with high autonomy and execute without needing hand-holding.

- Show us 3 short-form videos you edited that achieved high reach and retention. What made them perform?
- How would you grow a fitness and mom-lifestyle account from its current baseline to 100K+ hyper-engaged followers in 90 days?
- What is your step-by-step strategy to make this account $50K/month through affiliate sales and sponsorship deals?
- Walk us through how you identify, pitch, and secure high-value brand partnerships from scratch.

- Focus more on "aesthetic" grid curation than actual monetization and reach.
- Rely on generic social media trends without understanding content psychology.
- Have zero hands-on experience negotiating brand deals or setting up affiliate structures.
- Need multi-layer approvals for every piece of content.
- Work with slow turnarounds or miss fast-moving social trends.
