Job Title: Experienced HVAC Service Technician (Residential & Commercial)

Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000+ per year (Total annual earning potential including commissions & overtime)

What You’ll Do
- Service & Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of both residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Customer Consultation: Provide customers with honest repair or replacement estimates, offering proactive solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Elite Service: Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring clear, polite, and professional communication at all times.
- Digital Reporting: Utilize a smartphone to maintain accurate digital records, upload photos of the job site, and track warranty parts.

What You Need (Qualifications)
- Experience: 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Versatility: Demonstrated confidence and competence working on both residential and commercial units.
- Certifications: Active EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal).
- Driving Record: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Screening: Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and comfortably crawl, climb, bend, and stand for prolonged periods in various weather conditions.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-player mentality.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
