Overview
We are seeking a full-time, dedicated, and experienced Project Manager with Commercial Estimation experience to oversee and drive the success of our fence installation division. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction management, and the ability to bid and negotiate contracts effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Base salary with a chance to earn substantial bonuses.
Duties
- Overseeing team that reviews and checks sold jobs for accuracy and readiness.
- Monitors installations for standards and quality
- Reviews completed residential and commercial jobs and meets with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage all phases of commercial fence projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project bids, plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to cost control measures.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize project bidding software such as ConstructConnect / PlanHub.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise on-site.
- Work with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Prepare detailed estimates for project costs based on construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management within the commercial fence industry is essential.
- Massachusetts CSL
- Strong knowledge of commercial fence bidding practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with residential/commercial fence site operations and management processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Pay: Base $60,000.00 - $70,000 per year, with opportunity to make $120,000-$140,000+
