About ChurnTrack
Hi Indeed!
I'm the founder of ChurnTrack and I'm looking for a motivated Growth Partner to help grow the business from the ground up.
ChurnTrack is a lightweight SaaS designed for businesses that manage recurring client relationships. It helps companies track client retention, identify churn risk, manage renewals, and stay ahead of potential client loss without the complexity of a traditional CRM.
I handle all product development, infrastructure, hosting, and day-to-day operations. I'm looking for someone to take ownership of growth by finding customers, building relationships, and turning free trials into long-term subscribers.
This is not a salaried position. It is a performance-based revenue share partnership for someone who wants to help build an early-stage SaaS and be rewarded directly for the revenue they generate.
The Role
As ChurnTrack's Growth Partner, you'll be responsible for identifying businesses that are a good fit for the platform, introducing them to ChurnTrack, and helping them become paying customers.
Your primary objective is simple: generate recurring revenue.
We offer every customer a 30-day free trial, making it easy for businesses to evaluate the platform with no financial risk. Your role is to get qualified businesses into that trial, demonstrate the value of the platform, answer questions, and follow up until they become paying subscribers.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified businesses that are a good fit for ChurnTrack.
- Research decision-makers and identify the best point of contact.
- Reach out through email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, or other effective methods.
- Introduce businesses to ChurnTrack and encourage them to begin a free trial.
- Follow up consistently throughout the trial period.
- Convert trial users into paying Pro subscribers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the founder.
- Keep your outreach, leads, and customer conversations organized using our internal CRM.
What I'm Looking For
- Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or B2B SaaS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence initiating conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline.
- A self-starter who works well independently.
- Someone who is persistent, resourceful, and motivated by building recurring income.
You do not need an expensive sales tech stack to succeed in this role. We use an internal CRM to track leads and customer activity. What matters most is your ability to find opportunities, start conversations, build trust, and consistently bring qualified businesses into the platform.
Expectations
This is a role built around ownership and accountability.
During your first 30 days, I expect to see:
- Consistent prospecting and outreach.
- A steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Accurate CRM updates.
- Regular communication and progress updates.
- Professional follow-up with prospects and trial users.
The first 30 days serve as a trial period for both of us. I don't expect immediate sales, but I do expect consistent effort, measurable activity, and clear communication. If there is little evidence of meaningful work or engagement, the partnership will conclude.
Compensation
This is a 100% revenue share position.
You'll earn 50% of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated by every paying customer you personally acquire. As long as those customers remain subscribed, you'll continue sharing in the recurring revenue they generate.
There is no earning cap. The more customers you bring to ChurnTrack, the larger our recurring monthly income becomes.
If you're looking for guaranteed hourly pay or a traditional salary, this role probably isn't the right fit.
If you're motivated by ownership, enjoy building relationships, and want to help grow an early-stage SaaS while sharing directly in the revenue you create, I'd love to hear from you.
Pay: $1.00 - $10,000.00 per month
Application Question(s):
- If you started today, how would you find your first 25 qualified prospects for ChurnTrack? Please describe your process and where you would source them.
- What do you think is the biggest challenge in selling an early-stage SaaS, and how would you overcome it?
