Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Equipment Hauler/Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various types of heavy equipment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for loading/unloading, securing, and hauling all equipment (e.g. Excavators 200 and 300 Series, Dozer D6 and D8, HM300 Rock Truck, 320 Loader, and other various construction equipment).
- Load and unload freight, securing cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Hauler/Truck Driver or similar role in the transportation industry.
- Valid driver's license and CDL with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
