Our team is expanding and we’re currently hiring a Verizon Representative to help support customer growth and brand expansion. This position focuses on delivering positive customer experiences while also contributing to team sales goals.
As a Verizon Representative, you will connect with customers, introduce them to new wireless products and services, and guide them through available options. While the role includes elements of sales, the primary focus is building strong customer relationships and ensuring every customer interaction is informative, engaging, and helpful.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Representative
- Engage with each customer to understand their needs and provide helpful recommendations
- Introduce customers to Verizon services, devices, and current promotions
- Support team sales efforts through positive customer engagement
- Provide clear information so every customer feels confident about their options
- Assist with the customer enrollment process and ensure accuracy
- Participate in team meetings focused on sales growth and customer experience strategies
- Maintain strong communication with fellow team members to improve customer interactions and sales outcomes
- Stay updated on Verizon products, services, and sales promotions to better assist each customer

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
