About Best Auto Care
Best Auto Care is seeking a bilingual Senior Automotive Service Advisor to deliver a strong customer experience while managing repair orders from intake through vehicle delivery. This position offers $75,000+ annual earning potential through hourly pay plus uncapped commission and a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends. The shop uses Tekmetric and Kukui and offers a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, and uniforms.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a professional, customer-focused service experience

Complete customer intake and vehicle write-ups

Prepare and present repair estimates and recommended maintenance or repairs

Manage repair orders from initial write-up through vehicle delivery

Communicate with technicians to support efficient repair workflow

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

Address customer questions and concerns professionally

Work toward established sales and gross-profit performance goals
Qualifications

3+ years of current or recent Automotive Service Advisor experience

Automotive industry experience in a dealership or independent repair shop

Bilingual communication skills required

Strong customer service and communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage customer concerns professionally

Experience using automotive shop management software
Compensation & Benefits
