Duties

- Maintain accurate customer records through diligent data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system updates
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and promote additional products or services
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication during all client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve sales strategies, and achieve team targets
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse client bases
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
