Vanguard Cest is looking for a Client Sales Representative to support customer outreach and sales efforts for Kinetic's Internet, TV, and communication services. In this role, you'll engage directly with customers, provide information about available services, answer questions, and help individuals select solutions that fit their needs. Client Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to discuss Kinetic's products and service offerings.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and recommend Internet, TV, and communication solutions that align with those needs.
- Explain product features, pricing, and service options accurately and clearly.
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account setup process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding service inquiries, account updates, and product information.
- Stay informed about Kinetic's products, promotions, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer acquisition and service goals.
Client Sales Representative Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and building professional relationships.
- Ability to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales and customer engagement techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
Pay: $53,939.98 - $64,959.97 per year
