Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited degree program with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Construction Quality Management/Corps of Engineers Certification (USACE), highly recommended
- Construction experience that bridges both field and engineering responsibilities, required
- Knowledge of construction process, means and methods, and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures, and tolerances
- Ability to understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule
- Proficient computer skills, familiar with project management software, and Microsoft Office suite of applications, and collaboration tools
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, able to present information clearly to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrate professional interpersonal skills to develop relationships with project team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Limited travel
