As a painter, you will be responsible for enhancing and beautifying a variety of surfaces through careful preparation and application of paint and coatings. Your attention to detail and finesse with a brush or roller will ensure that our clients' spaces are transformed into stunning works of art. While experience is preferred, it is not required for this position.
Duties include but aren't limited to:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning them and removing any old paint and finishes.
Masking and laying out drop clothes to protect areas from overspray and splatter.
Fill holes and cracks with putty or other fillers.
Use sandpaper, wire brushes, or other abrasive materials to smooth surfaces.
Apply primer or sealers to prepare surfaces for painting.
Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Paint surfaces according to instructions with precision and care.
Cleaning up work area and properly dispose of paint cans, brushes, and other materials.
Ensure proper ventilation while working with paint and chemicals.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail and eye for color.
Good physical stamina and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding for extended periods, and able to lift 50lbs.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic understanding of math and measurements.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
