Reports To: Board of Directors
Direct Reports: Program Directors, Business Managers, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer, AI Program Managers, Operations Managers, Portfolio Company Leadership Teams, and other executive personnel as assigned.
Executive Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the highest-ranking executive officer of Jaweed Enterprise, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, financial stewardship, technological innovation, and long-term vision for the organization and its portfolio companies. The CEO is responsible for driving organizational growth, maximizing shareholder value, expanding market opportunities, evaluating acquisitions, developing leaders, and ensuring operational excellence across all business units.
As the principal executive of JE, the CEO operates at the intersection of business strategy, investment management, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that position JE as a leader in business incubation, revitalization, acquisition, restructuring, and long-term enterprise growth.
Additionally, the CEO will oversee the strategic deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Predictive Analytics, and other emerging technologies throughout JE and its portfolio companies.

The CEO will serve as the chief advocate and architect of AI transformation throughout Jaweed Enterprise.
AI Strategic Responsibilities
The CEO shall:
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide AI strategy.
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence into all organizational functions.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve revenue, efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
- Establish AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical and responsible AI deployment.
- Promote AI adoption throughout all portfolio companies.
- Evaluate AI-related investment opportunities.
- Build AI competency at all levels of the organization.
Generative AI Leadership
The CEO will:
- Champion the use of Generative AI technologies.

- Serve as a thought leader in business acquisition, AI transformation, and enterprise innovation.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years executive leadership experience.
- Minimum 5 years senior management experience.
- Minimum 5 years retail, finance, technology, operations, or investment experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex organizations.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Experience working with boards and shareholders.
Preferred
- MBA, JD, Master's Degree, or Doctorate.
- Experience leading mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, business turnarounds, or portfolio management.
- Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI technologies, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, and other enterprise analytics platforms.
- Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or ability to obtain them.
