Duties
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executive leadership
- Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Serve as a front desk representative, greeting visitors and managing office reception duties with a friendly demeanor
- Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients, customers, vendors, and team members.
- Support office management activities including supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and general administrative tasks
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed, including travel arrangements and calendar management
- Assist with event planning, meeting coordination, and special projects.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify solutions before issues arise.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently in person or via phone or email
- Help create a positive, responsive, and customer-centered experience for everyone who interacts with our business.
