Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead <PERSON> to oversee and coordinate all aspects of <PERSON> projects on construction sites. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. As a Lead <PERSON>, you will guide a team of skilled tradespeople, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise teams engaged in Custom home building, roofing, siding, and other construction activities.
- Coordinate the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding to ensure efficient workflow.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately.
- Oversee framing carpentry (including woodworking and trim carpentry), remodeling tasks.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications; conduct regular safety inspections.
- Manage project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and troubleshoot issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Mentor team members in proper techniques for framing, heavy lifting, restoration work, and other specialized trades.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in Custom home construction ,concrete forming, roofing, siding, or related fields.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with concrete finishing techniques, framing carpentry (including frame carpentry and trim), and siding installation.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with power tools and hand tools is essential.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations; demonstrated leadership in enforcing safety standards on-site.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and subcontractors effectively.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights; comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
