Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and compliant construction job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of new construction and remodeling sites
- Trash and debris removal
- Dump runs as needed
- Silt fence inspection, repair, and maintenace
- Erosion control upkeep
- Grass cutting and weed eating on active job sites
- Assist with material deliveries when needed
- Transport equipment and materials using trailer
- Basic small engine maintenance (mowers, trimers, etc.)
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- Ability to safely tow and back a trailer
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to shop or job sites
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and rain
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction or landscaping
- Small engine repair and maintenance experience
- Familiarity with erosion control practices
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
