A day in the life:

Ability to examine products for quality and freshness and have working knowledge of department offerings.

Ensure proper handling and storage, according to specific product requirement.

Manage deliveries for damage, quality control, accuracy and note any discrepancies.

Set the highest standards in quality for products sold. Establish best practices for department.

Ensure that retail and back stock areas are managed properly and maintained in a clean, orderly condition, meeting all health department standards.

Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Previous experience in natural/organic foods, grocery or retail preferred.
