Job responsibilities include:
- Administering estates and trusts
- Preparing accountings, estate, gift, and income tax returns, and petitions, waivers, and other court-related documents
- Handling electronic filings
- Communicating with clients, courts, and financial institutions.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal, writing, organizational, and multitasking skills; professional demeanor; detail orientation; proactive work style; and the ability to work independently in a highly confidential environment are required.
- Three-plus years of current trusts and estates experience and a two- or four-year degree or paralegal certificate (or a similar combination of work experience and education) are desired.
- Strong financial skills (e.g., as evidenced by experience providing support in an accounting, commercial real estate, financial advisor, or brokerage environment) may be considered in lieu of the experience listed above.
- Working knowledge of Excel (e.g., experience using computational formulas) and a strong aptitude with other Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with various tax or accounting software programs is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
