What We're Looking For
We need an HVAC Technician with a few years (3+) of hands-on experience who's ready to work hard and be rewarded for it. If you're the kind of person who shows up early, stays until the job is done right, and takes pride in your craft — this is your shot to be part of something bigger.

What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently
- Troubleshoot issues and provide honest, effective solutions for customers
- Represent Brandywine Services with professionalism, integrity, and pride
- Work closely with senior techs to sharpen your skills and knowledge every day
What You Bring
- A few years of HVAC experience under your belt
- A strong work ethic and a "get it done right" mentality
- Willingness to learn from those who've been in the trade for decades
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- HVAC certification/license as required by state or local regulations
- A team-first attitude and respect for customers and coworkers alike
