POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for answering multi-line telephone at busy Senior Center. Other responsibilities include general office duties, greeting visitors and assisting clients and donors.

3. Greet visitors and assist clients and donors

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
College Degree from an accredited college preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills and written skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, donors, the elderly and outside agencies.
Must have experience using a multi-line telephone
Must be able to multi-task
Individual needs to have good customer service and people skills, and professional
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and to speak effectively.
REASONING ABILITY Levels of mental activity include the following:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and reach with hands and arms.
